  1. Membership is at the discretion of the management of the Club and no person under the age of 16 is eligible. The membership year runs from January through to December. Membership fees are payable by 31st January in advance. In the event that, on 1st February, there are members with outstanding fees, it will be assumed they no longer wish to continue membership and/or new membership fee will apply.
  2. No candidates for membership shall be admitted to any of the privileges of membership until an interval of at least two days has elapsed since his or her acceptance for membership.
  3. Opening dates and times of the Club may be altered at the discretion of the management.
  4. The hours during which intoxicating liquors may be supplied in the Club shall be in accordance to the licensing hours permitted by the constituted Authority, and during such extended hours as may be from time to time agreed and permitted by any duly constituted Authority.
  5. No intoxicating liquors or other articles for the sale of which a Licence is required shall be supplied, except to members in the Clubhouse, or sold to any person who is not a member.
  6. At the discretion of the Club, members may be permitted to entertain guests upon the Club premises. No member shall have more than two such guests upon the Club premises at any one time. No person who has been rejected as a member of the Club or expelled from membership shall be capable of being admitted to the Club as a guest. The member introducing a guest shall enter the name of the guest, together with his own name and membership number, in a book, which shall be kept at the Club House. No guest will be allowed to purchase or pay for refreshments and the member introducing such guest shall be responsible for ensuring that such guest does not remain upon the Club premises after the departure of the member introducing him.
  7. No unlawful game shall be played in the Club nor shall any game be played other than in a lawful manner. No game shall be played which would be injurious to the interest of the Club. Any person taking part in a game prohibited by the byelaws, or a game which is played in an unlawful manner, may be expelled from membership of the Club.
  8. All complaints by members shall be communicated in writing to the Club Secretary who shall bring them to the notice of the British Racing Drivers' Club.
  9. The Club shall not be responsible in any circumstances for any property left by members upon the Club premises nor for the custody or forwarding of any letter or other communication.
  10. Members must notify the Secretary promptly of any change of address or other details.
  11. The name and address of the Club must not be given by a member as his address for any trade, advertising or business purposes or in connection with any legal proceedings.
  12. The Club shall not be responsible for injury or damage to the person or property of any member or any guest of such member under any circumstances whatsoever nor the Club be or be deemed to be vicariously liable for the acts or defaults of any servant of the Club.
  13. When attending the Club premises or Club functions each member must produce on demand his or her Membership Card.
  14. No person shall at any time be entitled to receive at the expense of the Club any commission, percentage or similar payment on or with reference to purchases of intoxicating liquor by the Club; nor shall any person directly or indirectly derive any pecuniary benefit from the supply of intoxicating liquor for or on behalf of the Club to members or guests apart from any benefit accruing to the Club as a whole and apart from any benefit which a person derives indirectly by reason of the supply giving rise to or contributing to a general gain from the carrying on of the Club.
  15. No member shall take away or permit to be taken away from the Club House under any pretence whatsoever or shall injure or destroy any property of the Club.
  16. No member under the age of 18 shall be permitted to purchase intoxicating liquor nor shall any member or guest under the age be permitted to consume intoxicating liquor on the Club premises.
  17. At the sole discretion of the Secretary a member or guest may be asked to leave and shall do so immediately if in the opinion of the Secretary the member or guest is behaving or has behaved in a manner likely to cause damage to the property or annoyance to other members or guests.
  18. Members or guests shall wear suitable apparel when in the Club premises. If so requested by the Secretary the member or guest shall make such adjustments as are felt necessary or if requested shall leave the premises.
  19. Members or guests shall not be permitted to consume food or drink in the Clubhouse other than that purchased on the premises.
  20. Admission to the circuit shall only be by Season or Event tickets except where otherwise stated. Membership of the Club does not admit members into the Circuit on race days; membership is for use of the Clubhouse and its facilities only.

  22. Members are restricted to one camping plot per membership at Grand Prix (subject to availability)
